Notice of Opportunity for Work

The City of Medicine Lodge, Kansas has received a $480,000 Community Development Block Grant from the Kansas Department of Commerce to construct a Child Care Facility in the City of Medicine Lodge, Kansas. This grant will provide the City of Medicine Lodge, Kansas the opportunity to search for eligible local citizens interested in participating in the project.

Animal Adoption

If you are interested in adopting a dog from the City of Medicine Lodge, please call City Hall at (620) 886-3908. There will be a $25 adoption fee and a $60 deposit is required but will be returned to you upon proof of spay or neutering of the adopted dog within 90 days. If the animal is going to remain within City limits, it will need to have City tags which can be purchased with proof of current rabies vaccination.
